Company Registration
& Onboarding
There are 3 key stages to register your company in Site360. The Site360 system will guide you through each stage of the process and determine the requirements for your company based on the scope of work and risk activity.
Step 1
Company Registration
Select Register at the top of the WOW Contractor page to register your company.
You will provide information about the company set-up and primary contact details.
Enter your company NZBN
Enter your company detail
Enter your primary contact
Quick Tips
The primary contact will have administrative access to manage company details and teams in Site360 on behalf of your company. The email address entered will be used to log in to Site360 and for any email correspondence.
Step 2
Company Risk Profile
Once your account is set up, you will provide information about the work services and activities your company will undertake at Woolworths. Site360 will review the information submitted and email the primary contact once complete.
Accept the invite
Select Commence Onboarding
Complete the Risk Profile questions
Quick Tips
Once your Risk Profile has been approved, you will need to log in to the Site360 Admin Dashboard to progress your company onboarding process.
Pause!
It’s very important that you enter ALL work services and activities to be undertaken by your company on Woolworths sites, as the answers provided will determine the inductions and reasons for visit options available to individual contractors in the Woolworths Group Visitor App.
Step 3
Company Insurances & Licences
You will upload company insurances and licences where they will be checked
by Site360. Your primary contact will be notified by email once the review is complete or if additional information is required.
Select the Documents tab
Upload insurances & licences
Select Submit Documents
Quick Tips
The expiry dates of insurances and licences will be tracked and your primary contact will receive email notifications when they are due to expire. You will need to log in and update these documents before they expire.
If you are a direct contractor to Woolworths and your company engages subcontractors to undertake work for your company on Woolworths sites, you will need to invite your subcontractors to register their company in Site360.
