The Woolworths Group Visitor App has expanded its availability to streamline the store and site visitation process for international contractors. It is now accessible on devices configured to 17 additional countries.

A new and improved version of the EWAF will be available in the Woolworths Group Visitor App as of Thursday 23 October 2025, across all banners in Australia and in New Zealand Supermarkets. Click on the links below to watch a video on the latest version of the EWAF.
The Our Place Induction Card in Site360 has been updated to include a unique card number and reformatted to ensure the contractor's name and company is not cut-off by the profile picture. Company administrators in the Site360 Admin dashboard can also view the card number in the Inductions Tab.
There will be no change to service partners engaged outside of FM Maximo process (e.g, Construction & capital projects etc ... ), they will be able to complete an EWAF in the same way as they do today.
When your technicians arrive on site and check in, they'll see a list of available Work Orders specific to that site and their parent company. They can simply select the correct Work Order number from this list.
Contractor safety prequalification & onboarding is now completed in Site360.
All individual contractor inductions are now completed in Site360 using the Woolworths Group Visitor App.
Contracting companies that are new to Woolworths register & prequalify in Site360.
All existing Pegasus contractors are invited to register & onboard their company in Site360.
