Getting Started
To ensure the safety and security of our team, visitors, and contractors, all visitors, suppliers, and contractors must sign in and out via our digital visitor management app.

Download the free “Woolworths Group Visitor” app from the App or Play Store. Be sure to look for the Woolworths Group logo.

Follow the prompts to create your profile and complete the sign-in process for the store or site you're visiting.
Checking In
01
When you arrive, open the app and tap Check In.

Select the site you want to check into from the list.

Review the Conditions of Entry and complete the check-in process.

A green screen will confirm that you have successfully checked in.
Visiting a Store
Proceed to the service counter, show your mobile screen, obtain a dated visitor sticker, and wear it at all times.
Visiting other Woolworths Group Sites
Show your mobile screen to a security or team member at the gatehouse or entry area.
Checking Out
You have two options for checking out:

Mobile Checkout: Tap Check Out on the main screen and confirm.
02
Automatic Checkout: If the app is open or running in the background, you will be automatically checked out when you leave the site.

Remember to dispose of any visitor stickers and return any lanyards, vests, keys, or passes.
